Alfajor Ice Cream Sandwich

Argentina's iconic dulce de leche sandwich cookie reinvented as an ice cream treat — two melt-in-the-mouth cornstarch shortbread rounds sandwiched around a thick layer of dulce de leche and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, rolled in desiccated coconut. TikTok's favourite Argentine fusion dessert.
