Peri Peri Paneer Sandwich
A Portuguese-Indian fusion sandwich — paneer steaks marinated in peri peri sauce (the Portuguese-Mozambican chilli sauce), grilled and served in a crusty bread roll with lettuce, sliced tomato, pickled jalapeños, and a lemon-herb mayo. The paneer takes on the smoky-spicy peri peri beautifully.
