Miso Butter Udon

Japan's viral 10-minute comfort noodle — thick chewy udon noodles tossed in a glazy sauce of white miso paste, butter, soy sauce, mirin and garlic, topped with a soft-cooked egg, spring onions and nori. The miso-butter combination is rich, umami and deeply satisfying with almost no effort.
