Shawarma Flatbread

Lebanon's street shawarma in flatbread format — shawarma-spiced sliced chicken thigh (the full mix: cumin, allspice, cinnamon, turmeric, coriander, garlic) grilled and loaded onto a warm flatbread with garlic toum, tomato, pickles, fresh parsley and a drizzle of tahini.
